Overview

The Northern Ireland Allstate Headquarters, located between Belfast Central Station and the River Lagan, spans 6 floors and includes large, sociable working spaces, a restaurants, breakout areas and an outdoor terrace. The new building is in excess of 150,000sqft and sustained over 150 jobs during construction. It is understood to be the largest single office building built in Northern Ireland for the past 15 years
