The accommodation provides a total of 247 en-suite bedrooms and 93 self-contained studio apartments, designed to meet the diverse needs and preferences of students. OHMG’s approach extended beyond conventional construction practices, utilising advanced construction support systems to integrate the original Victorian façade seamlessly into the new structure.
