Commencing in September 2024, OHMG will lead the design and construction of Phase 2 of St Patrick’s Junior and Senior School in Corduff, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. This next phase will deliver a 4,450 m² two-storey junior school, continuing OHMG’s long-standing commitment to building high-quality, future-focused educational environments across Ireland.
The Phase 2 development will comprise 19 classrooms, 2 Special Educational Needs (SEN) classrooms, a General Purpose Hall, and all associated site and external works. The facility has been designed to support a modern learning experience that encourages engagement, accessibility, and inclusion for pupils and staff alike.
Phase 1, which delivered the Senior School, has already been successfully completed. With Phase 2, OHMG continues its role in shaping a cohesive and vibrant educational campus, ensuring consistency in design quality, sustainability, and construction excellence.
This project strengthens OHMG’s ongoing framework partnership with JV partner OHL, under which the team has already delivered four schools of similar specification for the Department of Education. The St Patrick’s School development reaffirms OHMG’s reputation for reliability, innovation, and excellence in the educational sector — building learning spaces that inspire the next generation.
