In collaboration with ACCOR, OHMG played a pivotal role in the construction of the 7-storey IBIS Hotel, a prominent addition to Belfast’s city centre skyline. The project extended far beyond the construction of a hotel. In addition to the IBIS’s contemporary guest accommodation, OHMG delivered a range of complementary facilities that enrich the urban environment. These include retail units offering convenient shopping experiences, as well as an on-site restaurant and coffee bar, providing inviting spaces for dining and social interaction for guests and locals alike.
Recognising the growing importance of sustainable transportation, OHMG incorporated a dedicated bicycle storage facility within the development — promoting eco-friendly travel options for both guests and staff.
