A former leisure centre at Maysfield, Belfast, has been successfully repurposed into a state-of-the-art technology call centre, now serving as the operational base for Concentrix, a global services division and wholly owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation. This redevelopment demonstrates OHMG’s ability to deliver complex adaptive reuse projects that revitalise existing buildings for new commercial purposes.
Spanning 13,000 sq ft, the facility functions as the main hub for Concentrix’s operations in Northern Ireland. The building has been comprehensively refurbished to include modern meeting rooms, corporate suites, and a fully equipped gym to support employee wellbeing. A dedicated IT data centre underpins the site’s advanced technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for call centre and digital operations.
