The Bernard Crossland Building, an award-winning multi-million-pound refurbishment delivered by OHMG, has been comprehensively redeveloped into a vibrant, modern centre for computing and technology. The transformation replaced the original concrete-clad façade with a colourful, transparent exterior, establishing a bold new architectural identity that reflects the innovation and creativity of the computer science discipline.

Through extensive expansion and refurbishment, the building’s footprint was doubled in size, significantly enhancing the University’s capacity for computing education and research. The revitalised four-storey structure now accommodates a wide range of advanced facilities, including:
