Over the past three years, OHMG has delivered four major schools in Dublin through its joint venture with OHLA, with a fifth due to complete by Christmas 2025. In 2024, we commenced three significant housing developments (which continue in 2025) and completed another two, including one scheme that won an ICE Judges Silver award for social and affordable housing.
In Northern Ireland, we successfully delivered in the past 18 months the new DVA Headquarters and MOT Test Centre at Hydebank, the refurbishment of the Newforge Sports Centre and Ulidia Integrated College, Carrickfergus (winner of The Contractor Education Project of the Year Award 2025)
OHMG is also investing in its future, rolling out the state-of-the-art ERP (Eque2) and project management (Procore) platforms to strengthen governance and control. This implementation has already seen the business shortlisted for the CEF IT Innovation Award 2025.
