We are proud to announce the successful completion and handover of Belmayne Educate Together Secondary School, a flagship educational project delivered by OHMG in Joint Venture with our partners, OHLA Ireland. This significant development marks another milestone in our continued commitment to providing modern, sustainable, and high-quality learning environments across Ireland.

Comprehensive Design and Construction Delivery

The project involved the design and construction of an 11,747m² post-primary school, purpose-built to accommodate up to 1,000 students. The facility includes a diverse range of specialised teaching and support spaces, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive educational experience. Key features include:

Four dedicated Special Needs rooms
General-purpose hall and breakout areas
Physical Education hall with associated sports facilities
Staff and administration accommodation

Each area was designed to support collaborative learning, inclusivity, and student wellbeing within a bright, spacious, and energy-efficient environment.

Extensive External Works and Infrastructure Enhancements

In addition to the main school building, the project delivered substantial external and infrastructure works, designed to integrate the new campus seamlessly into its surroundings. These included:

Construction of sports pitches and landscaped green areas
Creation of a new access road and dedicated bicycle lanes
Comprehensive landscaping to enhance the campus environment
Connection to public utilities and the installation of a new power substation

These works provide both practical functionality and long-term environmental benefits, reinforcing the school’s role as a community-centred development.
