The Cuchulainn Heights Development comprised the construction of 90 high-quality residential units, featuring a diverse mix of detached, semi-detached, townhouse, and apartment-style homes. Designed to foster a vibrant and well-balanced community, the development reflects OHMG’s expertise in large-scale residential delivery.

Phased Construction and Programme Delivery

The project was strategically delivered across five distinct phases, each executed with precision and efficiency:

  • Phase 1: 10 units completed within 12 months
  • Phase 2: 38 units completed within 12 months
  • Phase 3: 31 units completed within 12 months
  • Phase 4: 16 units completed within 9 months
  • Phase 5: 24 units completed within 10 months

Each phase included all associated site development works, ensuring continuity and cohesion throughout the programme.

Engineering Solutions and Site Infrastructure

Given the challenging ground conditions, precast driven piles were implemented to provide stable foundations and long-term structural integrity. The development also included extensive infrastructure enhancements, such as connections to the main road network, the creation of cul-de-sacs, parking bays, and roundabouts, all designed to improve access, safety, and overall site functionality.
