We are delighted to announce the successful completion and handover of Belmayne Educate Together Secondary School, delivered as part of a Joint Venture with our partners, OHLA Ireland.

The project involved the design and construction of an 11,747 m² secondary school, accommodating up to 1,000 students. The new facility incorporates a wide range of teaching and support spaces, including:

• Four dedicated special needs rooms
• A general-purpose area
• A PE hall with associated sports facilities
• Staff and administration accommodation

In addition to the main school building, the project also delivered significant external works, including:

• Construction of sports and green areas
• A new access road and bicycle lanes
• Landscaping to enhance the campus setting
• Connection to public services and installation of a new power substation

This project reflects our commitment to delivering modern, sustainable educational facilities that provide high-quality learning environments for students, staff, and the wider community.
