OHMG Ltd is pleased to announce the signing of contracts with Louth County Council for two significant social housing projects under the Accelerated Delivery Programme. These projects will see the construction of 167 high-quality homes across the county over the next 20 months, further strengthening our commitment to delivering sustainable communities through innovative and efficient construction methods.
Following a competitive tender process, OHMG has been appointed to Louth County Council’s Regional Design and Build Framework, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in the delivery of essential housing infrastructure. The developments include:
Bakery View, Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda – 97 units
Ravel Drive, Dunleer – 70 units
Both schemes will utilise accelerated delivery routes and modern construction technologies, ensuring high-quality, energy-efficient homes that meet the needs of residents while aligning with the objectives of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage’s Accelerated Delivery Programme.
Construction is already underway on both sites, which will provide a mix of two, three, and four bedroom two-storey houses and bungalows.
These projects build on our strong relationship with Louth County Council, where we are also currently delivering Fulacht Fia at Mount Avenue, a 93-unit development in Dundalk.
OHMG remains committed to delivering exceptional housing solutions and looks forward to completing these developments, providing much-needed homes for local communities.
