The project involves the refurbishment of the existing Rutland Street School Building, a four-storey structure with a total floor area of approximately 2,887m2. New construction elements include an infill section at the rear of the building on all floor levels, incorporating a new mezzanine plant level at the roof. Additionally, there is an extension at garden level to the rear of the building, accompanied by extensive site works and the installation of site services.
Furthermore, the project encompasses realignment of the existing road to the front, along with modifications to the front boundary walls and railings. These comprehensive efforts aim to revitalize and enhance the Rutland Street School Building, combining refurbishment with new construction to optimize the functionality and aesthetics of the structure.
