The Olympic House project, overseen by OHMG, involves the construction of a state-of-the-art Grade A office development located in the heart of Belfast’s Titanic Quarter. Designed for 21st-century occupiers, this striking building is set to become a defining feature of the area’s skyline. Positioned along Queen’s Road, beside the award-winning Public Record Office of Northern Ireland and Belfast Metropolitan College, Olympic House reinforces the area’s reputation as a hub of innovation and modern architecture.
The building’s design features a reinforced concrete (RC) frame with a basement car park, a podium deck at first-floor level, and a central courtyard framed by two distinct RC structures — one rising six storeys, the other five. The architectural composition combines white limestone façades with floor-to-ceiling glazing, creating a sleek, modern aesthetic. Bronze cladding at the main entrances provides a warm, refined contrast that highlights the building’s premium finish.
Through its construction expertise, OHMG is delivering a workspace that meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Olympic House not only enhances Belfast’s commercial landscape but also reflects the forward-looking design principles that define the evolving Titanic Quarter — blending innovation, architectural integrity, and environmental responsibility in one landmark development.
