In collaboration with ACCOR, OHMG played a pivotal role in constructing the renowned 7-storey IBIS Hotel, a central feature in Belfast city. This project wasn’t just about creating a hotel; it encompassed the development of additional facilities that enhance urban life. The construction included several retail units, offering a variety of shopping experiences right at the hotel’s doorstep. Additionally, a restaurant and a coffee bar were integrated into the design, providing guests and locals with delightful dining and relaxation options. Recognising the growing trend of sustainable transportation, OHMG also incorporated a bicycle storage area, catering to the needs of both guests and staff who prefer eco-friendly travel options. This development by OHMG not only delivered a top-tier hotel experience but also contributed significantly to the urban landscape of Belfast, offering a multifaceted space for both leisure and business.
