The undertaking involved the complete demolition and clearance of pre-existing industrial structures and hard surfaces at the former Eircom depot. This was carried out to pave the way for a new mixed-use project, encompassing residential dwellings, a crèche, community facilities, and public open space.

Our contribution included the provision of 130 social housing units, comprising 57 timber-framed houses (including four single-storey age-friendly Clann dwellings), 36 traditionally built duplex apartments, and 40 age-friendly Clann assisted units situated in three four-storey apartment blocks.
