The renovated building is equipped with various facilities, including meeting rooms for collaborative discussions, corporate suites for official functions, a gym for the well-being of its occupants, and an IT data centre to support the technological infrastructure required for its call centre operations. This adaptive reuse reflects the evolution of the space from a leisure facility to a modern hub for technology-related business activities.
