OHMG were appointed as the Main Contractor to provide a state-of-the-art Wellbeing and Treatment Centre. We collaborated with Belfast City Council, Belfast Health & Social Care Trust, and the Belfast Education & Library Board to deliver this pioneering facility, the first of its kind in Northern Ireland to offer three different services under one roof.

The project involved constructing a fully integrated health and wellbeing centre comprising a leisure centre, health centre, library, and shared ancillary areas. The leisure centre features a full-size 25m swimming pool with a movable floor for 2m depth, a kids’ pool with a slide and water fountain, changing rooms, a fitness suite, a sports hall, multi-purpose rooms, and additional ancillary areas.

The health centre includes consulting rooms, treatment rooms, clinics, examination areas, administration offices, and ancillary spaces. The library is supported by shared zones, including a public entrance foyer, café, and sundry plant areas.
