Overview

This project consisted of the complete redevelopment & fit-out of an existing four-storey historic warehouse building into a high specification office for 150 employees. The original facade was maintained using reclaimed brick and retaining the sliding sash windows

The works included asbestos removal, demolitions & structural alterations, installation of a lift, new windows, doors, internal walls, floors & ceilings, with full mechanical & electrical installations throughout the building, including underfloor heating, air conditioning units & computer infrastructure on all floors.
