The building houses a high-specification modern theatre room, soundproof music recording studio zones and innovative computer software engineering facilities. The centre also provides local business and industry with state of the art equipment.

The teaching blocks are connected by a glass atrium with uniquely designed tear drop windows. Facilities are acoustically lined using acoustic ‘baffle box’ construction.
