Overview

The project includes the construction of an indoor sports arena with multi use floor (sprung floor system) and an integral two storey building to accompany the sports arena. This building will include; Treatment and counselling rooms, Office and conference space, Fitness suite, Strength and conditioning suite, Changing facilities, Multi-purpose rooms, Café and Shared reception space. The works also comprise of the full installation of all Mechanical & Electrical building services. The external Spaces will include car & coach parking and landscaping. Whilst the project is a standalone scheme with clear access to the site, it will be constructed within the existing Newforge Country Club site which will remain live throughout the project duration.
