OHMG Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled General Operative to join our team for an exciting new accelerated delivery housing project in Ballymakenny, on the outskirts of Drogheda. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking individual to contribute to a fast-paced construction environment, working alongside a dedicated team to ensure the smooth operation of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining office and welfare facilities to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• On-Site Support: Carry out general maintenance tasks and manual handling duties to support construction operations.
• Hands-On Approach: Take a proactive and adaptable approach to all tasks, ensuring efficiency and quality in every aspect of the job.
• Communication & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with site staff, following instructions and ensuring clear communication to complete tasks effectively.

Requirements:

• CPCS / Safe Pass Card: Candidates must have an up-to-date and valid CPCS or Safe Pass certification.
• Physical Fitness: The role involves manual handling and physically demanding tasks, so a good level of fitness is required.
• Reliability & Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn are essential.
